Healthcare Excellence Coaching was founded by Dr Anna Postawa, an experienced chartered physiotherapist, academic, researcher, and certified professional coach. The organisation was created from a deep belief that the development of personal attributes such as resilience and emotional intelligence is underused and undervalued within healthcare education.

As part of her doctoral research, Dr Postawa developed a healthcare-specific coaching model that supports professionals in coping with challenges, by drawing on the very skills they already use in clinical practice. Our clients learn to transfer these skills beyond the clinical setting, enabling them to create meaningful impact on both their professional performance and personal wellbeing.
